Our main accommodation and guest house is the Kap Andong Travellers Inn. It is located on a hill in Sitio Batikan, Barangay Poblacion IV, Balabac, Palawan. This is next to the cove where our boats dock.
The guesthouse is owned and managed by Kap Andong’s wife, Mrs. Lerma Noe, who we lovingly call Ate Lerma. Being the meticulous mom that she is, she is making this humble wooden house as comfortable as possible. And maybe… just maybe, you can consider this your home in Balabac.
However, due to the November 2023 oil spill in Balabac, we had to evacuate our guest house to provide our guests with safe accommodation during their stay. Fast forward to today, the guest house is still not used. So until further notice, we would be in an island camp.
In March 5-6, 2024, we have transferred to Canimeran Island. And eventually in June 2024, our small team has transferred to Malinsuno Island to start building Camp Andong.
